Quality CoHousing welcomes adults who are ready to commit to a structured, substance-free environment — whatever path brought them here.
Most of our residents are adults 18 and older who are transitioning out of detox or inpatient treatment, stepping down from a higher level of care, or simply looking for a structured, accountable home to protect their sobriety while they rebuild their lives.
Whether you're a few days out of treatment or a few years into recovery and need a reset, our homes are built to meet you where you are.
We also work directly with parents, spouses, and family members who are searching for a safe, supervised home for someone they love. We know how overwhelming that search can be — our team will walk you through availability, expectations, and next steps in plain language.
We partner with discharge planners, case managers, hospitals, and treatment programs to place clients into safe, structured housing after treatment — or in place of continued institutional care.
